Started by a Customer
In 1950, H.E. "Buddy" Combest installed his own swimming pool in Bell Gardens, California. When he realized how difficult it was to find quality replacement parts, he saw an opportunity to serve fellow pool owners.
What started as a small service company became a manufacturing powerhouse, producing the most comprehensive line of pool and spa replacement parts in the industry. Buddy\'s innovation led to the patented Dura Vac pool vacuum and partnerships with iconic venues like Disneyland and the Queen Mary.
Today, under the leadership of CEO Carrie Collins (3rd generation), Aladdin Equipment continues to set industry standards while embracing modern e-commerce and sustainable practices.
